CashFlow

Feature

The CashFlow is a simple cash management application. You can manage daily income/outgo.

Easily record daily income, outgo.
Manages your cash, bank account, and credit card.
You can fix balance with 'balance adjustment' feature.
You can enter description text from history.
Records up to 5,000 transactions.
Export transactions with CSV format via e-mail.
Backup and restore of data. (You can use this to move your data from free edition to standard edition.)

The standard edition has following features:

Export transactions with OFX format.
Export transactions via web interface.
PIN code protection on startup.
Support "transfer" transaction (ver 2.0 later)

Frequently Asked Question

Assets view

This view shows all of your assets (accounts).

Tap "+" button to add new asset.
Tap "Edit" button to remove or reorder the assets.
Tap blue arrow button to change name of the asset.

Tap left-bottom button (action button) to show monthly / weekly repots.

Tap the next button (configure button) to edit category, backup/restore database, or set up PIN code (standard version only).

Transactions view

Tap "+" button to enter new transaction.
Tap "Edit" button to delete transaction.
Tap each transaction to edit it.
Tap left/bottom button to show submenu.

Input Transaction

Enter details of transation such as date, type, amount and description.

Date: Enter transaction date. The transactions are sorted by transaction date.
Type: Specify one of payment, deposit, balance adjustment, and transfer.
- CashFlow Free version does not support "transfer" type.
Amount: Specify amount of payment, desposit, or adjusted balance value.
Name: Specify transaction description. You can choose from history.

Export

You can export transactions with CVS or OFX format.

The data can be sent with mail or web:

To send the data via mail, select "Mail" and tap "Export". Mail software will be started, so specify destination address and send the mail.
To send the data via web, select "Web" and tap "Export". The URL of the data will be displayed, you can download the file from the URL with browser of another PC. (CashFlow includes small web server.)
