Assets view
This view shows all of your assets (accounts).
- Tap "+" button to add new asset.
- Tap "Edit" button to remove or reorder the assets.
- Tap blue arrow button to change name of the asset.
Tap left-bottom button (action button) to show monthly / weekly repots.
Tap the next button (configure button) to edit category, backup/restore database, or set up PIN code (standard version only).
Transactions view

- Tap "+" button to enter new transaction.
- Swipe the transaction to it.
- Tap each transaction to edit it.
- Tap left/bottom button to show submenu.
Input Transaction

- Date: Enter transaction date. The transactions are sorted by transaction date.
- Type: Specify one of payment, deposit, balance adjustment, and transfer.
- CashFlow Free version does not support "transfer" type.
- Amount: Specify amount of payment, desposit, or adjusted balance value.
- Name: Specify transaction description. You can choose from history.
Export

You can export transactions with CSV or OFX format.
The data can be sent with mail or web:
- To send the data via mail, select "Mail" and tap "Export". Mail software will be started, so specify destination address and send the mail.
- To send the data to Dropbox, select Dropbox icon.
- To send the data via web, select "Web" and tap "Export". The URL of the data will be displayed, you can download the file from the URL with browser of another PC. (CashFlow includes small web server.)
